In the Tin Tin comics, Thomson and Thompson are two policemen who are after Tin Tin, but they are very clumsy and occasionally stupid. They came down one morning like this, and for the next two days they were Thomson and Thompson, down to drinking from cups of the same color.

Such a feminine little girl, isn't she? She likes saying "flower" in sign language because it gives her an excuse to put her finger up her nose.
